Separate the agent from its tools
An AI agent is where you give the task and review the work. A connection supplies access to another product or dataset. A prompt describes one request. A skill carries reusable workflow instructions. You may need all four, but each has a different job.
The directory includes Grok Bot, Dot, Muse, and Claude Code as agent options. Check each product’s current availability, plan, and connection support. A listing here does not mean every agent has a ready-made connection to every tool.
Choose an outcome you can inspect
- A property brief that separates source facts, estimates, and unanswered questions.
- A follow-up draft and a proposed next task from your approved meeting notes.
- A transaction update showing recorded status, upcoming dates, and open items.
- A listing content kit that stays consistent with approved property facts.
Add only the missing connection
For property research, a data tool such as Farmhand can provide authorized property context. For CRM work, Relay can expose contacts, tasks, and pipeline information through its API. For an accepted transaction coordination file, Unicorn TC can provide account-scoped deal information.
If you already have the records needed for a one-off task, you can begin with a copyable prompt and supplied source material. Add a connection when retrieving or updating that information becomes a recurring part of the workflow.
Give the AI a clear boundary
Name the work product, the sources it may use, and what a good result contains. Tell it which facts need confirmation. Decide whether it can only read, prepare drafts, or also make approved changes. Set the boundary before connecting a system with write access.
Make the useful version repeatable
Run the workflow on one small, authorized example. Compare the output with the source records and correct the instructions. When the process is useful, save the inputs, steps, and review criteria as a skill. Revisit the connection if you repeatedly have to correct missing data or unsupported operations.
The first milestone is a work product you can trust enough to review efficiently. Expand from there, using the same care for access, source quality, and approvals.
